Which IUD is the best?

I've done research but I want to here from real women who have had these and tell me there experiences. I'm looking into getting one, I am 17 yrs old, no kids and I have regular periods. Please comment 😊

I just got the kyleena IUD and so far it is pretty good. insertion was very uncomfortable but I had a friend there for moral support and took 1200 mg of ibuprofen an hour before which helped with some of the cramping.

I had a Mirena and Skyla, then inswirched to the Nexplanon because of the extreme pain I has from both IUds. They can also fall out and you have no idea - I'm a nurse and have seen way too many accidental pregnancies because of that.  Nexplanon is the way to go for me, cause you can feel it anytime you want
