January IVF buddies?

Hello!
Is anyone else beginning their IVF treatments in January? My estimated timeline is Jan 15th stims, Jan 26th retrieval with Jan 31st transfer. We are male factor infertility - extremely low morphology and motility and will be doing ICSI with 5 day transfer. Would love to chat with someone around the same timeline to make sure I’m no crazy :)

Happy New Year Ladies! Praying you all have successful ivf transfers this month & you all get the babies you desire this year! I have a quick question for you all as my husband & I are contemplating ivf in Feb/March due to low counts, motility, & morphology a year after his vasectomy reversal. How on earth do you guys pay for the treatments? We both have good jobs but our insurance doesn’t cover anything & that has been our biggest hurdle. This whole process is emotionally draining & then this. It’s like a punch to the gut. He’s 40 & I’m 35 so we don’t have years to save, unfortunately. Please share any guidance you can about how you guys are handling this. Thank you so much!❤️

Hey ladies. Doing round one IVF and praying it’s successful. Had my baseline scan today, LH/FSH blood test and first stim today CD2. Second scan on 8 Jan plus more meds. Retrieval scheduled for 17 Jan doc plans to do a 3 day transfer weekend of 20th Jan. Sending lots of baby dust and happy to join you all and cheer you on. I was started in menopur 375IU

I did my retrieval on Dec. 6th and I’m going my frozen transfer of one 5 day blast on Jan. 26th! Good luck!

I start stims this Thursday jan 4th! I’m scared and excited!! Possible retrieval the week of jan 14 and might have to do a FET because I might over stim. If so I’ll have to wait around 5 weeks. I’m a nurse and work 12-14 hour shifts on my feet and I’m nervous the stims will make me feel horrible.

I start stims on 1/13! This is round 2 for me, last round was in November. I’m going back and forth between a fresh and frozen transfer, my dr likes to do frozen but I’m considering fresh to speed up the process... what haled y’all decided to do fresh or frozen?

Hi! We start this month! I am on birth control until Jan 13 and we go in for our mock trial transfer and shot training on Jan 15. will probably start drinking on Jan 15 or 17th. Egg retrieval more than likely the week of Jan 29th. We are doing a FET with ICSI due to my husbands low sperm count and motility. Would love to have a cycle buddy. PS is anyone doing acupuncture? I just had my first session today. Good luck and baby dust to everyone

Hi there! We are also doing ICSI due to MFI. I start stims 1/14 and will be doing a fresh 5 day transfer during the last week of Jan. 🙂 Currently on Levora and I can NOT wait to get off of it! Good luck to you!!

How's everyone doing? I'm hopefully heading for retrieval on Friday! I'm a nurse practitioner but the injections are getting to be very emotionally draining for me. Def feeling that bloating that everyone warns you about!

I will be starting stims on 1/18 with anticipated retrieval 1/29.  Also male factor infertility, and definitely doing ICSI.  We will be freezing all, doing PGS then FET.
