red raspberry leaf tea

has anyone taken this? When did you start? Did it seem to help ease labor or did it induce labor? I will be 36 weeks on Tuesday and no before you jump to conclusion I'm not looking to induce my labor I'm just wanting something that will help prepare my body and make labor go smoother once baby decides he's ready.
