Indigestion????
So last night I was pigging out with some pre-New Years junk food so I can kick ass after New Years(💪🏼) and I think I overate or ate something that didn't agree with me. I woke up this morning with what I think is indigestion but it's more in my esophagus/throat(???). Like every few minutes I'll feel an odd pressure building in my throat and it gets really intense and then goes away but it leaves a mucus-y taste in the back of my throat. What is this and how do I get rid of it or relieve it? I've had it happen in the past and I've learned that eating more only makes it worse.
