Can anyone help please?

I am pregnant for the second time. I am around 7 weeks. I was pregnant in August and sadly had a miscarriage. During week 6 of this pregnancy I had bleeding with NO clots. I had an early scan and everything was okay we were able to see a heartbeat and shortly after the bleeding went a brown and then completely stopped. Me and my partner had sex on the 28th which was the first time since we found out we were having a baby because of the previous bleeding. We were careful and there was no bleeding after. However yesterday I had some minor cramps and back ache at work so I went to the toilet to find my underwear covered in blood. I went home and later that night I passed some clots. I was not in any pain though. I went to the hospital and they are going to scan me again on Wednesday. At the moment I am now spotting but not a lot. I have a panty liner in which is barely being covered only noticing spotting more when I wiped. I have had another clot just but tiny. The only pregnacy symptoms I am having is back ache, fatigue and that metallic taste in my mouth. Has anyone been through anything similar ? As I have had a miscarriage before and it was nothing like this, before I was in a lot of pain and couldn't move whereas now I am just having back pain which I can deal with as I expected it through pregnancy anyway. Any comments would be greatful.
