Help!!!

I miscarried on May 2 I was 5 weeks , I went to the doctor that following Monday and she confirmed it was a miscarriage had blood work done an hcg levels were 3.6 . Then I did a hpt that Tuesday and is was negative. So I'm having pregnancy symptoms again when can I test again? Please help , Thanks a lot. ..
