Newly pregnant and a head/sinus cold
Help a girl out! I found out Wednesday that I am pregnant according to the app I’m just over 4 weeks and have been dealing with a head cold and what I’m assuming is morning sickness (that has been lasting most of the day). I can’t decide if I’m hungry or want to dry heave! Lol
Is there anything safe to take for the head cold/sinus pressure?
