Postpartum waist wraps

Do they work? I have one that buttons/hooks all the way up and I had a cesarean section 2 weeks ago. I can fit in it now but it’s not as comfortable as everyone makes them out to be haha!

I want to start wearing it if they really do help everything “go back to where it was” before pregnancy (I realize my body won’t be the same, but if this helps me heal I would like to try it).

Any experiences?
