Boyfriend putting me down with TTC

This morning my boyfriend and I had intercourse. After we had finished I noticed I had some light blood. And we went on with our morning routines and both showered, while he was looking for clothing he asked me to turn to the side and I did. Then, walked up to him. He said "Great, we killed the baby." I know he only said that because I started my period. But, it hurt my feelings terribly bad. Like I feel heartbroken to say that. Should I say something to him? Keep it in? How should I go about it?
