waiting until flu season is over to vaccinate

My daughter is two months old and is due for her shots. But I am deathly terrified to take her to the doc office where everyone immediately goes when they are sick as there is a flu outbreak where I live. 9 people have already died here from the flu. would it be totally wrong of me to put off her 2 month shots for a few weeks or so. I don't know what to do 😣
