Hello ladies!! I am expecting my First and currently 39 weeks. Today at my appointment my ob checked me and she said that my cervix has thinned but I am not at all dilated. She also said that the baby is really low and she could feel baby's head. Does thinning of cervix means labor is around the corner? Is dilation and thinning of cervix co-related? Can you all please explain me this or share your experience ?Thanks
