Help guys!ðŸ˜
So it's the holidays we've been eating it up like 100% and the weight gain is obvious. My mum is obsessed with her weight and size and stuff and I really don't want to be about that even though I know my weight is something I need to be a bit more cognisant and watchful of but it really irks me when she just jumps into it with me and like keeps her eye trained on my plate, and even talks about it with her friends & it all makes me so damn uncomfortable! Like I appreciate that she wants to look out for me but I just want to do this whole eat right and exercise thing on my own becausw at the end of the day she'll never force the right food down my throat, making me exercise etc. How do I tell her?
