Ovulation?

Good morning beautiful ladies!

So I’ve been cramping for the past 3days in and off. But it’s like right in the middle of my lower stomach as if cycle cramps. Just this morning it feels a big stronger and last night I would press down and it was like sore but tender at the same time. Could this be ovulation cramps?
