Do you floss your teeth every day?

I’m not going to lie there are days I’m running around like a headless chicken and forget to brush my teeth idk the last time I flossed 🤷🏻‍♀️

After getting 4 partial crowns at 23 I floss every day! My teeth are weak, my brother never flosses and has zero cavities 🙃 my husband flosses every now and then and same thing 🤷🏼‍♀️

I buy the individual flossers and use them every night, I just find them easier. When I run out and just have regular floss I'm much lazier and usually skip lol

Yes, definitely. My teeth are a mess anyway and local anesthesia doesn't work on me so dental work tends to be complicated. I do everything I can to avoid needing it.

I’ve been told if it came down to brushing or flossing choose flossing. My teeth have just the right spacing to get a lot of food caught in there.
