Stage 4 endo

So In the begging of 2017 I was diagnosed with stage 4 endo . In 2 weeks I will be starting my lupron shots to try and kill off the endo my doctor could not get rid of in a laparoscopy. I was also informed my fsh level is high for someone my age a 9.4 ... I now have to go n get genetic testing for my eggs to make sure I don’t carry any with problems .if so I will most likely be looking at ivf . has anyone else gone threw this with success in the end by conceiving with out ivf
