anyone experience this???

ok so I don't know if this is just me or if anyone feels like this but for anyone who has given birth before you know that pressure and widening feeling you get as baby is about to come out? that feels like the pressure is so intense?

ok well for some reason every time I have my period I am having so much hip pressure and pelvic pain and pressure it isn't even funny. I am literally feeling like I'm dilating and giving birth every month. it sucks. I don't understand what this is or even if it is normal. anyone else going through this????
