SEVERE pain, bleeding & clotting CD 19 HELP

Cycle day 14 I noticed I had cramps and when I went to the bathroom I saw I was spotting. Not heavy into my undies but noticed when I whipped. I had cramps for a few hours and they went away. Fast forward to CD 19. Woke up at 5:30 AM to SEVERE cramping. I haven't had those kind of cramps in years. I went to the bathroom and noticed I was bleeding, like my period. I passed a few blood clots. Advil didn't help but I finally took a T3 an hour after 800mg or Advil and ended up falling back asleep. Woke up in the afternoon and it was gone. A little brown /pink when I would wipe but that's it.

I've looked all over the internet and couldn't find anything like this that happens to women mid cycle. I thought maybe it was ovulation bleeding but I also thought that it was that on CD 14 when I was spotting.

CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP TELL ME WHAT THIS IS!? My husband and I have been trying to conceive and this is our 3rd cycle so I'm worried something is wrong ☹️
