Long shot, but have a look and see, please

I swear I see an extremely faint line on the one that’s vertical. I took this at about 1-2 am because I was having a hard time sleeping and ended up having a panic attack. I was so nauseous I almost threw up twice. I thought maybe the nausea was from my nerves being crazy from the panic attack, but I was feeling a little nauseous earlier too. So I went ahead and took a test anyways and swear I see something, but I figured my pee maybe too diluted. Well I took one this morning (the horizontal one) and I don’t really see anything like I do on the other one, but maybe there is something? Idk 😐🙄😒🤷🏻‍♀️🙏🏻
