Feeling depressed

Hi everyone,

I'm feeling really anxious that I will never be able to conceive. 34, Ttc For only 2months. I know I know, not long but I can't even get a positive opk. Feeling like a rock...how do you not freak out when mind starts thinking about not being able to conceive?
