Yeast infection already!

Ugh I’m fairly prone to yeast infections anyway. I’m the type of gal who asks the doctor for yeast infection meds whenever I am prescribed antibiotics. I’m only 6 weeks along but I have a yeast infection! I read monistat is safe so my DH ran out and got me some. Anyone else having this issue? Any ideas on how to keep them at bay? Because this could be a long 9 months. I wear cotton panties, pee after sex, etc. my husband and I hadn’t had sex in a couple weeks (anxiety about miscarrying that I needed to get past) and just started again so I’m wondering if that caused irritation?
