UTI? Help?

So I think I have a UTI. I’ve had kidney stones twice, and a UTI as a result of one of the stones.

I constantly feel the urge to pee but there’s nothing there, and when I can pee I have to really force it out. I took some of AZO Urinary tract pain relief and it turned my pee orange. I drank an entire liter of cranberry juice, and even more water. It’s been 3 days now. Help??

Side note: I’m ruling out STD because my marriage is strictly monogamous.
