extremely high hcg levels?!

Question

at 8 weeks i went to my doctor. tested my blood to see my hcg levels. according to my last period, symptoms and size even as im still super small i should only be about 8 weeks and 4 days. they told me my levels were over 110,000 they estimated im about 6 months but im sure thats impossible. could this be an indicator that im carrying multiples?! ultrasound tomorrow!

I was on the ER when I was 7 weeks with extreme morning sickness and my hcg was 107,00. They said it was in normal range and when I had my ultrasound at 8 weeks 5 days there was only one baby!!!
