Help!!!

My last period ended for good on Christmas eve. I started bleeding again on New Year’s eve, at first it was dark brown and now it’s red with clots plus I’m having really sharp pains in both of my ovaries. I’m pretty sure I had some cyst rupture. I’ve always had problems with cyst but I’ve never actually known when they ruptured. Well it’s been almost 3 days since I started bleeding and I woke up this morning feeling extremely lightheaded and dizzy and it hasn’t gone away. I’m so worried about internal bleeding. Has anybody else experienced this and can give me some advice? Should I go to the hospital? I live an hour away so I don’t want to waste a trip over nothing.
