im scared alil

OK so this morning me and my s/o had sex and right after I went to the bathroom to pee and I had a lot of pressure when I went to go pee in my pelvic area like it hurts to pee or poop so I peed and got up but I kept feeling like I need to us the bathroom so I went back and it felt like I had to poop it was more pressure to poop I almost wanted to to cry it was that bad but once I did I felt alil better but throughout the day I had the pressure come back do anybody know what it could be????
