emergency contraceptive while on pill?

so i had unprotected sex twice (he didn’t come) and once protected , the condom broke. i took take action (an emergency contraceptive) but i’m still taking the pill at the same time. will this mess anything up in my body? or will the pill get affected ? also, i’ve only taken 4 pills ever before taking the contraceptive pill. i took it because my doctor said it wouldn’t protect me until my 7th pill.
