So im 18 & a FTM

So im 18 & a FTM.  I was exactly 40 weeks It was Thursday December 28 around 1pm i started feeling really bad contractions, i held on until around 4pm when i felt them worst, so i headed to the hospital got checked and i was only 2cm dialated but i had high blood pressure so they decided to admit me & possible induction because of my blood pressure. They tried bringing my blood pressure down , with pain relievers as i didnt want to get the epidural but they wouldnt work, so they told me my only option was to get the epidural and see if that brings my high BP down to see if it was because of my pain tolerance  or else they would know its because a different cause. So i got the epidural around 9pm & it kicked in & worked u til around  4am & it stopped working and i felt every single contraction.. and the nurses said they couldnt do anything i was progressing so slow. At 4am i was berly dialated at a 4cm. Around 3pm they checked me and i was at a 7cm. I can already tell the nurses were annoyed because i kept telling them i cant take the pain no more & my blood pressure just kept going up & to mention the bby was in distress at this point they kinda wanted to plan a csection, and i was fine with it but the doctor didnt want to because he said im capable of a natural delievery. So 30 mintues after they checked me ar being a 7cm dialted i tell the nurse i need to push and she said “ you were only 7cm 30 mintues ago, but ill check you” and when she checked i was at a 10cm but baby was a bit up high, but they started setting up. At  around 3:45pm i started pushing and my baby was born at 3:51pm , i only got a first degree tear which im thankful for & now i have my precious babygirl with me.💓💓 Aylla 😘
