Ouch this hurts!!😣😣

Need a little advise, ftm and finally in labor. My waters went around 5:30am and the pains have got so much worse. I went up to triage to get checked at 8 this morning and I'm 2cm dilated. I decided not to stay and try and get some rest but god I cannot do anything with this pain!😣 how am I going to handle it when it gets worse and worse...need some words of encouragement because right now I'm not handling it well. I'm normally okay with pain but this is too much
