My period came back last night... I’m almost 5 months postpartum. Does AF coming back effect your milk supply, or can it even dry you up? I’ve had problems with my mild from the begging but I just wanna make sure I don’t have more problems/stress to look forward to because of AF...

I’ve noticed that sometimes my milk will take a dip around my period. Baby always eats not often because of it. But it always goes back to normal afterwords

I got mine 9 weeks PP. I think my supply goes down a little. Like a few days ago when I pumped I only got 7.5oz and normally I get 8.5-9. Also baby is fussier on boob. I’ve read the taste changes a little 🤷🏻‍♀️

Got mine back at 7.5 weeks and never had issues with supply from it
