Anovulation

I was wondering if anyone was going though or did go through not ovulating?

I get ovulation pains and for the last two months I’ve not ovulated. I started a second period in December, I then went to my obgyn and was told i was in fact not ovulating. Also found out that 2 years ago when I conceived my 2nd daughter that I was only ovulating form my left side.

I was told my body is in crazy mood from pregnancy, birth, weight gain, weight loss, weight gain and from surgery (knee surgery) at this moment I was told to get back to normal weight and if that doesn’t work we will try birth control (I am against birth control for myself) I have really bad side effects.

We started ttc for our 3rd and last child in October and now this. I’m pretty sad about it. Because I wanted to have my last two close in age. My oldest is 4 years older them my youngest daughter.

To top the whole thing off with a cherry on top, I had to do a uterine biopsy to check for uterine cancer. Still waiting to hear back on the results.

Does anyone have any advice or stories to help me understand better what to expect?
