Normal?

It's my second day on my period, I just pulled out my tampon and there was something there that I never seen before. Even though it might be gross Im going to post a picture of it because i have no idea if i should go to a hospital or not. It seemed stringy and light in color. My periods are usually dark and have chunks of blood. This wasn't really chunky. Im worried because for a weeks now I've been having pain in my ovaries so I'm not sure if it's from that or just normal. Anyone else have this experience?
