Vegetarian/vegan question
I’ve been wanting to try cutting meat out of my diet. For weight management, but mainly for health reasons. From my understanding, we get a lot of our iron & protein from meat. So my question is.. what is the best foods to eat to to still get iron, protein, & all the other nutrients our bodies need to be healthy? Any advice is welcomed.
