Implantation Bleeding?!

Ladies this is my first time posting and need advice I feel like my friends are tired of listening to me...

so on November 8th I had a DNC at 11 weeks. Absolutely the most devastating thing I’ve ever been through but I knew I wanted to try again so I got the ok to start trying at the end of the month and i had my first af the first week in December. I’m now 11-12 dpo if I’m correct when I ovulated. And off and on today I’ve had twinges of pain on my lower right side and tonight when I went to the bathroom there was a pink streak. I decided to take a test because I’m due for af in 3 days I took the clear blue digital it came out negative though. My question is do you all think it could be implantation bleeding and I just tested to early and the test couldn’t pick it up yet or do you think it could be something else?
