Do you really know your O day?

Stumbled upon my first pregnancy and fell in love. TTC # 2 for about 9 months now with no luck. Periods have always been irregular. I used OPKs initially to try and figure out my fertile window, but honestly they are so expensive and I feel like I can’t totally trust their accuracy? So I rely on the app and input as much data as possible. But then I got to thinking.. how do I know the accuracy of the apps prediction of my fertile window?

So I have two other apps (Ovia & Clue) in addition to glow and they all have a different ovulation day!

What if I have been wasting my REAL ovulation day for all of these months because I got enveloped in my “prediction”?! 😭😭😭
What is truly the most accurate way to find ovulation day BEFORE it passes?

Opks are definitely the way to go. You can get some on Amazon for a much cheaper price than the drug store. Good luck ❤

The app is only an educated guess based off of your data and a typical woman’s cycle. Every body is so different so it’s entirely possible that the apps are off. Even way off. OPKs are your best bet to try to nail down ovulation and other signs like checking your cervical mucus.

well, my situation is a little different, but I either ovulated the 24th-26th in November 2017. I BD on the 24th of November. I tested 12.12.17 and got my BFP. I wasn't even trying. My SO and I used a condom and it broke. didn't think anything of it. TTC for 5 years and nothing (even without a condom and him finishing inside me) money has been tight so we decided to not TTC back in November....and I'm pregnant.... good luck and baby dust!!!

OPKs OPKs OPKs. 
The days are all different on apps because they’re based on estimates and each app goes by a different formula. You can get super cheap strip ovulation tests on amazon. I used Clinical Guard brand, it was like $10 for 50 tests. 
You could also use BBT just make sure you’re using an actual basal body thermometer a regular thermometer will not work.
