Calling all people with eczema or knows something about eczema.

I was born with eczema, and around 17, my nipples started peeling. It stings, hurts, and itches. I have been to the doctor. They didn't think it was a big deal because it was my eczema, so they advised I put lotion on it. I have put lotion on it for the longest. It'll go away after a few months and come back in a few days. The lotion isn't working. Does this happen to anyone else? The skin on my nipples are literally peeling off, and I haven't felt so self concious until now. This has been ongoing for 2 years.
