Extreme Pain..

So, I just started getting these horrible cramps. or at least. they're like cramps, but SO MUCH WORSE. The pains occurred twice so far..... and I've NEVER had cramps like this. Me being paranoid, I'm thinking it's something terrible. I've had at least 3 Bigelow Lemon Ginger teas they supposedly help digestive system or something like that... don't remember what it says on the packet. And one Theraflu tea because I'm staring what seems to be a cold. Just took some Tylenol and I'm worried maybe the mixture of all these things (back to back) is what is causing this pain? Or just not a good idea in general and could lead to other problems? Please Help...
