Period vs. Workout Routine
I kinda feel like shit because I haven't worked out in 3 days because of my period. I've been working out for 3 weeks now but yeah I feel like a failure lol. and no this isn't any if that New Year's Resolution shit, sorry but I think they are stupid, most people give them up by February anyways. You need to set a goal when YOU feel motivated, don't go off some holiday that everyone uses as an excuse to keep waiting! Just get it done, you can do this!!! Anyways!!! lol um yeah I feel like shit because when I'm on my period I can't stand the smell, and when you sweat you sweat EVERYWHERE. Then every time I do a sqauts the feeling is just... horrendous, and weird and a bit awkard. I don't go to a gym but I would imagine that it's even more embarrassing because of the smell. Can anyone relate!?
But yeah I feel worthless for not working out.
