Fresh vs. Frozen Breastmilk
So I’m confused.
I’ve been creating a stash for my 10 week old baby girl when I return to work for 9 days (then I’m done!)
However, I read in “working and breastfeeding made simple” frozen breast milk kills parts that are alive in the milk.
So, do I start her off with the oldest frozen milk, or give her the freshest milk each day?
