Mine went back to normal after breastfeeding. BUT that’s because I breastfed my second and DIDNT breastfeed my first. After my first, who I strictly formula fed, my boobs were deflated lumps. Apparently the LC I met with said that it isn’t the milk that makes them different, it’s the fluctuation in hormones from pregnancy and genetics. 🤷🏼‍♀️ so when I started breastfeeding my second I had perfect perky breasts again (filled with milk) and when i stopped they went back to deflated lumps 😂 really looking forward to nursing #3 in April lol I want my cute boobs back
