ovulating?

hi, I've just started using ovulation test this cycle as my last cycle was 7 weeks so predicting was rather tricky! I took a test this afternoon and thought I would put the kettle on whilst I waited, Made my cuppa and then completely forgot about it! Went back half an hour later and both lines were of equal darkness. Got hopeful but knew I needed to test again. straight away the control line came up darker but waited and this was the result after 4 minutes. Not sure if it is dark enough or not....2nd pictures is after 10minutes which I know is over the time limit.
