Any Suggestions ?!
So i was around 150 when i was pregnant back in January 2017, but now I’ve lost like almost all of that since I’ve delivered. This last year I’ve went from 150 to probably now like 110. I’m a small girl already so I’ve been 110 before. But i can’t fit anything (all too big) and i just really don’t want to be this skinny. It might sound stupid but i just really want to gain some weight. Any suggestions.?!! And please no offense to anyone. I’m just trying to make myself healthier because i know being this small is not okay. It’s already causing me to be light headed a lot and I’m literally always hungry. Just want some help. Thanks in advance !!
