7w5 day no fetal pole :-(

Hi ladies, so I went for my early ultra sound yesterday was supposed to be 7w5 days but was apparently only measuring at 5weeks there was a yolk sac but no fetal pole? I’m so upset and confused I was told to prepare for the worst but have booked to go back in two weeks? My levels increased but didn’t double so I’ve already prepared myself for the worst :-( I’ve had no bleeding whatsoever just wondering if anyone had anything similar and had positive outcomes?
