Nipples hurt 4 DPO?

I've been moody, crampy, nauseated, and very fatigued all day but my nipples have started hurting horribly. I can hardly stand to wear my shirt because they are so sensitive. They feel sore like they've been pinched for a long time. I got a positive ovulation test on Dec 30th. Is this just hormone changes after ovulation? How long can I expect it to last?

I wouldn't automatically assume that's pregnancy signs cause 4dpo isn't even enough time for implantation since that starts 6-12 dpo. And most pregnancy symptoms don't start till after implantation.

Those symptoms last a week for me after o day then go away for a week to be replaced by my unwanted period 🤣😡
