My son is breastfed and didn’t have a solid bowel movement until he was about 5-6 months and he started having solids.

Could mean he’s not feeding properly. Baby might be getting to much of the watery milk that comes out first and not enough fat milk that comes out later. Definitely see your doctor/midwife and possible a lactation specialist to see if there’s a problem with baby latching.
