false pregnancy test or chemical pregnancy????

Question

Ladies, how do you identify a chemical pregnancy? Is there any symptoms?
i’m currently on the implant for birth control..my partner and i had been ttc for almost a year but i got a new job with great opportunities as well we started having problems in our relationship, we figured why not just wait to have our baby for a while.
i haven’t been on the implant for long... i’m currently on my third month with it and i have not yet received my period.. i had experienced some bleeding the first konth which my doctor said was normal. i also spoke to my doctor about being late which we had already spoken about before i got the implant.. we ruled out that i couldn’t be pregnant but i have been feeling a little weird, nauseous, bloated, some what of a stomach and my discharge also changed.. i let my doctor know as well and she assured me maybe i was getting my period soon.. i found it a little weird so i took a test a couple of days before new years eve, (12/27) to my surprise it came back positive!! i was so super excited. i have not yet spoken to my partner until im sure.. i tested today (1/4) and i got a negative? anyone have somewhat an idea what it could be?

In October I had 3 positive pregnancy tests. 2 positive clear blues and one FR - I was absolutely over the moon as anyone would be. My period was currently only 3 days late. That day I went to work on cloud 9! Only to start bleeding, it was brown with mucus (tmi sorry) I left it a while and it was still very light and I read online it was normal, the next day I woke to very painful cramps, all in my back and front. I was literally on the floor in a ball this lasted for an hour or so, then it got better then it got worse again. So I took myself to a&e;, I hate hospitals but at this point I was very concerned with the pain. At this point I was bleeding very heavy, with clots, not big but big enough. So the doctor did a pregnancy test and it was negative, I was a little confused but more worried about the amount of blood and pain I was in. But the doctor did tell me i had false positives at home. I would have agreed if it was just one brand of test 2 from the same box but they were brought separately. Any way he mentioned chemical pregnancy, which was something I had never heard off, he said I can have it confirmed with bloods, but I couldn't physically stay up there any longer with the pain. I bled for 8 days very painful. I know in myself I was pregnant, I could feel it, I only took a test because I felt very faint and like I was going to throw up. My advise would be to go with your gut, and not to let it dishearten you too much.

I had seen a lot of stories while pregnant on the implant I would get the implant out and re test for sure if it’s a chemical by next week or so it wouldent show up on a test anymore u really won’t know till u go to a dr
