Bf wanted to go to new years with a (girl) friend

He said he ended up not going, I blocked him and didn't speak to him for a bit and idk where he went for new years but he got on the train somewhere. ( i spoke to him on the phone and unblocked a day later but when i blocked him i didn't want to talk to him) it broke my heart that he would rather be with her for new years and this is a girl I've told him I'm jealous of many times before. he has gone interstate with her but didnt want me coming along. I told him I don't want them hanging out or talking or liking or commenting on his stuff, I said it's up to him. But didnt tell him that if he doesn't want to then we are over. he hasn't replied but is this an overreaction or am I right ?
