8 weeks 1 day!! Help??!

I am currently 8w1d pregnant. This is my first pregnancy. I haven’t really had any symptoms of being pregnant besides being a little more tired than normal, and slightly sore boobs....that’s it! I’ve had NO spotting or cramping until tonight. I just went to the bathroom, and made a bowel movement (sorry tmi) and when I whipped there was pink blood. Enough to where I wiped two-three times till it was gone. I stuck this q-tip in just a little, and this is what came out. I have absolutely NO cramping. But I am terrified now. What does everyone think???
