am i stupid for still being upset

so i went on a date with this guy im really into on christmas (he was then my bf) we went bowling and i was wearing a kindof tight fitting sweater even though i know ive been putting on weight. he told me "you look pregnant" and i was like "wow thanks" (also got to me bc we had a pregnancy scare recently) and he was like "omg im just kidding" i was thinking why would someone even joke about that.. and it still gets to me bc i have a belly and im insecure about it. am i dumb for still being kindof upset about it even tho hes apologized and i wont wear that sweater anymore?? idk whats wrong w me
