Implantation bleeding?! Please read!

My period isn't due for another 9 days and I'm 6/7 dpo ! I've been wearing pads because I've had really bad cramp all day and really bad sickness and when I've just been to toilet there was a thin line of brown discharge on the pad , are all these signs and discharge mean implantation? An if so how soon can I test because I'm getting so excited after a year of TTC I really think this month is my month! 😍😍😍😍😍😍
