enlighten me please

anyone here still feel anxious after every unprotected sex even though you're on birthcontrol? i know all sort of contraceptives are not 100% reliable, but how did you overcome that fear? i'm on my second pack and been good at taking it every day same time for 21 days and 7 days free pill. but im still scared of being pregnant. condoms hurt us both becauae it drys out easily when touches the air. please enlighten me on does this thing work. i used it to balance my hormones but also to prevent pregnancy. thank you in advance!
