Are you going to/did you wash your babies clothes before use?

I’m currently washing all mine and I wanted to know everyone’s views with pre washing the clothes!

Yes! Just got done washing and ironing everything today. Only thing left to do is washing all the stuffed animals. And of course another big clean of the nursery, which hopefully I'll be able to do tomorrow. I'm nesting like crazy, so I'm going overboard lol 😂

Yes I always wash them in a dye and scent free (like all free and clear) detergent. Never had issues.

Yes!! The only exception is I only washed about half of my baby’s newborn clothes and left the rest intact in case he was too big for newborn. I washed everything else though!

I've already washed mine but I'm planning on washing them again when it gets closer to my due date, plus everything else that the baby is going to touch and shampoo the carpet one last time 👌🏻

When I was younger my skin would break out in hives if I didn't wash clothes after buying them from the store. I'm just assuming my little girl will have sensitive skin so I've washed everything. Clothes, blankets, sheets, boppy covers I mean everything

I didn't know we had to wash until all the posts and comments I've seen on here. 😭 I finally washed all of my daughters clothes / blankets / anything washable this weekend. I guess I really didn't think it was necessary but everyone who I asked or would mention it to , told me I was dumb af & that of course I had to wash it. 😴 I just assumed since it was new it was clean. But I've read a lot of comments about how dirty clothes really are. They have to ship it , all the people touching it @ the store , etc.  😴
